As you may know, the upcoming release of QScend's QAlert™ municipal CRM system enables you to implement a customizable knowledge base. This product enhancement, available to all QAlert customers, makes it easier for your call takers and citizens to quickly find answers to commonly asked questions.

So how does the QScend Knowledge Base Contest work?
- Download this Excel spreadsheet and follow the steps included to fill in your most commonly asked questions and answers.
- Submit the completed spreadsheet to QScend.
- A 32-inch flat screen television
- Lunch for up to 30 staff members
- $500 donation to the charity of your choice
Build out your QAlert Knowledge Base now so that you're ready to introduce this exciting new feature to your citizens when the next upgrade occurs. The deadline for entries is Aug. 30.
The Knowledge Base Contest winner will be announced at the QScend Technologies User Group Conference in Providence, RI, Sept. 14-16.
